क्लीनो इमेक्स ने 27 अक्टूबर 2025 को एक इवेंट किया, जिसमें अपनी 5वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर 100% डिपॉजिट रिबेट की पेशकश की गई, लेकिन एक शर्त के साथ कि 7 नवंबर 2025 तक ऐप के अकाउंट से निकासी पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया ताकि रिबेट बोनस का दोहन करने के लिए बार-बार निकासी और जमा करने से रोका जा सके। 3 नवंबर 2025 को उपयोगकर्ताओं को नेटवर्क एरर की समस्या का सामना करना पड़ा, जिसमें ऐप सर्वर से कनेक्ट नहीं हो पाया और cleanoimex.com तब से डाउन है। 1024 ट्रेडर्स जो फर्जी चार्ट्स FPX350 और FCUUSDT पर सक्रिय रूप से ट्रेडिंग कर रहे थे, व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप में अटके रह गए, जिनमें से ज्यादातर को शक होने लगा और कुछ अपने मन में खोए हुए थे।
